The 100 Proof Band is no ordinary Southern and Country Rock band in Southwest Florida. The band is made up of musicians who have played with, as well as opened for Nationally known bands and musicians including Dickey Betts, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Atlanta Rhythm Section, Travis Tritt, Zack Brown Band, and many others. The bands musicians cover the music of The Allman Brothers Band, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Tracy Byrde, Alan Jackson, Luke Combs, Charlie Daniels, Dwight Yoakum, The Outlaws, Molly Hatchet, ZZ Top, Marshall Tucker Band, The Atlanta Rhythm Section, The Eagles, Crosby Stills and Nash, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Elvin Bishop, Joe Walsh, 38 Special and many others.
Mike McLaughlin- Guitar, Lead Vocals
Mike is a staple in Southwest Florida and is known as a tremendous solo act.Mike has also filled in for The Naples Rhythm Section and Coral Stone band and others. Mike brings a dynamic playing style as well as sharp vocals that adds to the bands 3 and 4 part harmonies. Mike started out his playing career by covering southern rock music, especially Tampa's own Outlaws.
MARK BASILE - Lead and Slide Guitar
Mark Basile is well known in Southern Rock circles having played with Allman Brothers Band member Dickey Betts, as well as the original members of Lynyrd Skynyrd Ed King, Artimus Pyle, Bob Burns, Leslie Hawkins and JoJo Billingsley. Mark is an accomplished lead and slide guitar player that brings a hard hitting, yet melodic style of guitar playing .
Mark Trois - Piano, Organ
Mark is a multi-talented musician and well know on the West Coast of Florida . As a child piano prodigy, Mark hails from Pittsburgh PA that produces great keyboard players, Hockey and Football. Mark is an excellent keyboard technician that goes beyond his technical ability to play.
Joe Williams - Bass, Vocals
JoE Williams is a multi-talented Bass player who hails from the great state of Michigan. Joe has established a reputation as a hard working, fun-loving, audience favorite musician. Joe is an accomplished bass player and vocalist and well known in the Traverse City area of Michigan.
Tera Nicole Diericks - Fiddle
Tera is a very talented fiddle player who hails from the great state of Florida. Tera has performed locally in Naples Florida and Nashville Tennessee and has established a reputation as a one of the best fiddle players to have come out of Southwest Florida. Tera provides a great dynamic, especially in the bands country rock song covers.
Richard Allen - Drums, Vocals
Richard Allen is also a multi-talented drummer who hails from the great state of Michigan. Richard has established a reputation as a hard working, hard-hitting,dynamic drummer in SWFL.
